Jurisdictional depth

Built with Indian regulators in mind, not bolted on later.

Most GRC platforms were built for SOC 2 and added regional frameworks as an afterthought. ChronoVault was built from day one to handle overlapping Indian regulatory regimes — RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, DPDPA — alongside global frameworks like ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS. The jurisdictional model is native to the product, not an imported taxonomy.

1. How jurisdictions are modeled

Jurisdictions are first-class entities in the canonical library — supranational, national, state or provincial, and sectoral. Every requirement carries its jurisdictional scope. When you scope your organization, ChronoVault filters the requirements library to the regimes that actually apply to you.

2. What this means for multi-jurisdictional firms

If you are a bank operating across India, with a Singapore branch and an EU subsidiary, ChronoVault keeps the jurisdictional overlap honest. Controls are tagged with the jurisdictions they satisfy, and you can see at a glance where coverage is thin.

3. Localization and data residency

Data residency is configurable per tenant. ChronoVault operates in multiple regions and customers can select the region where their tenant's data lives.
