Access model

Access to ChronoVault systems is role-based and attribute-based. Every access event is logged and reviewed. Privileged access requires named approval and is time-bound. No shared accounts.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption keys are managed under key rotation policies. Customer data is logically isolated per tenant with multiple layers of enforcement.

Change management

Every change to the platform is reviewed, tested, and deployed through a documented change-management workflow. Emergency changes are allowed but are reviewed post-deployment.

Vulnerability management

We run continuous vulnerability scanning, dependency monitoring, and coordinated disclosure through our responsible disclosure program. Critical vulnerabilities are remediated on a published timeline.

Backup and recovery

Backups are taken continuously and tested on a documented cadence. Recovery procedures are exercised regularly. Recovery point and time objectives are available to customers under NDA.

Incident response

We run a documented incident-response program with 24/7 on-call coverage. Customer-affecting incidents are communicated proactively and written up after resolution.

Penetration testing

ChronoVault is penetration-tested by an independent firm at least annually and after major changes. Summaries of results are available to customers under NDA.
